How to return or cancel an item purchased on Amazon

Return an Item

To return an item ordered through Amazon Business:

1. Go to Your Account > Your Orders.
2. Select Return or Replace items.
3. Choose a reason for return.
4. Print label and authorization.
5. Prepare package and return label.

Items shipped and sold by Amazon.ca can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Return policies, and time frames, can vary if purchase was made from a 3^rd party seller.

Cancel an Item

To cancel an item ordered through Amazon Business:

1. Go to Your Account > Your Orders.
2. For the item to be cancelled, click Cancel items.
3. Select the cancellation reason (optional), and confirm the cancellation.
