Multi-Function Devices and Related Services

The Approved Suppliers listed below have entered into an agreement with the University of Toronto to supply Production Photocopiers and Multi-Function Devices (MFD) for general office usage.

Contracts are valid until August 31, 2031.

Production MFD

• Broad range of printing speeds (up to 135 pages per minute) and large paper capacities
• One-pass double-sided scan, access codes, and asset tracking software
• Network-ready, with open architecture that can fully integrate with most print management software
• Print from anywhere using a variety of operating systems including mobile devices
• Comes with EPEAT and EnergyStar certification
• Recycling program

Office MFD

• Monochrome and colour
• Copy, print, scan, email and fax
• Recycling program
• Network accounting functionality
• Toner, staples and other required supplies (i.e. fusers, waste containers, maintenance kits, etc.) to keep the copiers in good working order will be provided at no charge
