My BMO Mastercard is blocked — what should I do?

If a transaction is declined, you can access Spend Dynamics to view the declined transaction details: How do I view my non-posted transactions?

If decline message is any of the following:

  • Account/Card Blocked
  • Transaction Not Allowed/Transaction Not Allowed – Security Violate
  • Transaction Referred – Call Bank

Call BMO Corporate Card Services at 1-888-823-9657 to verify your transaction history and remove the security block on the card.
