How do I prevent notification emails going to my junk mail folder?

Incoming mail is scanned by the University’s Exchange Online Protection (EOP). Sometimes emails from external websites such as  Spend Dynamics, Thompson Ahern, CentreSuite  etc. are incorrectly marked as spam and delivered to the Junk Email folder instead of the Inbox folder.

If you don’t receive a notification email, always check your junk mail folder.
