Audio Visual Equipment
The Approved Supplier listed below has entered into an agreement with the University of Toronto to supply audio visual equipment, supplies and installation services. The Approved Supplier can design and install innovative, integrated technological audio-visual systems into teaching and administrative spaces to provide enhanced curriculum delivery and administrative efficiency. The contract is valid until November 6, 2018.
Audio Visual Equipment and Supplies includes but is not limited to:
- Video Conferencing Equipment
- Microphones and Racking
How to Order
Upon being contacted for a new project, the Approved Supplier shall meet with the unit to discuss scope, timelines, and provide advice and options for a solution that meets the unit’s needs, including any risks and assumptions.
- The Approved Supplier shall provide a quote for the estimated total cost of the project, including design, supply and install and any other related services;
- Based on the quote, subject to the written acceptance of the unit, the Approved Supplier shall help develop the subsequent Statement of Work (Schedule 3 of the Master Agreement) for review and approval by the unit and begin performance of the Deliverables once the Statement of Work is fully executed;
- The Statement of Work shall include a project plan with milestones and completion dates as mutually agreed upon by the unit and Approved Supplier.
